Not recommended hotel as following:
Real not compared with picture at website
Cleaning is very poor
Rooms furniture is very old and damages
Too many animals and flys
Food is not good some canned food were expired
AC is not running well
Bad smell at bathroom
Smoking smell at the master bed room.
Due to the above mentioned issues, the price is too high and hotel is over rated.
I explained the situation to the operation manager and he admitted the above comments and commeted that he is going to scalate the issues to managment and they have strategy to renovate the hotel.
Any way, the experience is very bad and will not be repeated any more.

Second time stay here. Really enjoy every moment. There are very beautiful pool and seaside. Affordable price and worth every penny.
Quality of service was very poor. Every time when you eat or drink at the restaurant, they insisted to pay and settle the invoice. Even when I asked to charge it to the room.
The property is really beautiful but need maintenance as the carpets really needs cleaning.
Beachside restaurant is not fancy as it should be. Lot of scope for improvement.

Un hôtel très joli, personnel très accueillant. Points négatifs : pas de piscine intérieure, pas de buffet au déjeuner juste une assiette de crudités, du pain, fromage à tartiner et une mini omelette. Une tasse de café ou de thé mais pas 2.
L’hôtel en lui même est très sympa et la piscine assez grande.
Beach was nice , Rooms pool view was also nice and rooms cleanliness was good. I liked the quietness of the place (compared to rest of Alexandria Corniche).
The price was not high and not low, but in general was OK.
Breakfast was OK, acceptable variety and food quality is OK (but not 4 Star level).
There was a car parking lot but too small, you should pick a spot early, but if not you still can park your car outside the Hotel.
The room service girl was very nice and polite, also the reception and everyone honestly.
XXX I didn't like the bathroom , the shower head throw water out of the bath tub and the bathroom floor was always wet, every time take a shower we need to call the cleaner to come and dry it ! No extra tools to do it yourself at least. If this is fixed , i would love to go there again!
