奧拉西酒店 (El Aurassi)

Super hôtel, la piscine est incroyable, les chambre spacieuse et les employés toujours serviable ,je le recommande et mon prochain hôtel à l avenir

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le balcon donne sur une très belle vue. La piscine était relativement propre. Je recommande vivement.

風景一流，適合商務出行，順便曬曬太陽，酒店設施也很好 離景區近

We (group of 8 ) arrived very late (~01:00) due to issues traveling from algiers. Upon arrival, discovered miniscule rooms which were dirty (clearly unvaccumed) with bits of trash on carpet and crumbs on chair and table/desk. Sheets were stained, one bath towel (also stained), 1/2 roll of TP. A huge (water leak) bubble/blister in the ceiling drywall hanging over shower-tub from the upper floor. On going down to ask for towel and toilet paper, attendant appeared to be attending three other clients. However, the clients appeared to be deliberating whether to stay in the hotel or not. Instead of the attendant turning his attention to me while they deliberated he continued to focus on them. Another client came and just interrupted and asked for something and he switched to detention to that person. I meanwhile politely waiting, was ignored. After realizing that politeness and courtesy was not being returned, I then asked the attendant for a towel and gave me a towel I asked he water gave me a water. The attendant had also taken our passports for scanning. I asked for the passports and he informed me that they were given to another member of our party. The next morning I went down and asked for toilet paper and the attendant ( a different attendant ) inform me that he would run the toilet paper to the room. After waiting a while, I decided to go out and for toilet paper on the service cart. The ladies turned into the rooms ask me if they could help me and I explained that I needed toilet paper and they gave me three rolls of toilet paper immediately. Needless to say we ( all eight of us) left and look for other accommodations.

設施：健身房設備不錯 但味道有點重 底下一層 服務：早餐基本每天都一樣 衞生：還行 能接受

The rooms are very spacious with great view. There are no slippers, bathrobes nor kettle in the rooms.

英語不怎麼管用，得法語，或阿語。國營，老五星，設備不新，區域安全，後面就是國防部，地理位置好，有市景和海景可選。早餐選擇少，對付着能飽。大廳有賣工藝品，不便宜，但精緻。客房門的反鎖釦是壞的。根據國家出訪標準，不超標。

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zB von der Terrasse kam der Putz von der Decke. Das Management müsste getauscht werden, es fühlt sich keiner zuständig. Das Housekeeping war sehr gut, sehr bemüht (da gab es auch extra Trinkgeld von mir). Das Personal im Terrassencafe eher unwillig. Das Frühstück entspricht auf keinen Fall einem 5* Hotel, alte Brötchen (mindestens vom Vortag), altes Toastbrot, wenig Auswahl, eher lieblos, jedoch war das Personal äußerst sympathisch und bemüht. Das Essen generell ist grenzwertig (room service). An der Rezeption wurde ich von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter angeschnauzt, als ich eine Frage hatte, das war grenzwertig. Die Aussicht über Alger ist hingegen großartig (unbedingt seaview buchen). Das Service in der Bar auf Etage E ist ebenfalls dürftig, die Auswahl an Getränken minimalistisch. Der Wein ist nicht trinkbar. Für Geschäftsreisen passabel, Urlaub würde ich in diesem Hotel keinen verbringen. Zu Algerien allgemein möchte ich sagen, dass die Menschen extrem gastfreundlich und höflich sind, das Essen (draußen) in den Restaurants (bis auf einmal) sehr gut ist und günstig ist, Taxis sind sehr billig, sind halt keine Luxusautos (erinnert mich an die Anfänge in Dubai in den 90er Jahren). Ein Ausflugstip am Ende: Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania, das Restaurant neben dem Mausoleum hat wunderbares Seafood vom Holzkohlengrill.

Bel hôtel même s’il nécessite un peu de rafraîchissement ! Propre Un peu loin des commodités Le personnel est très à l’écoute 10/10 J’ai très peu aimé le petit déjeuner qui ne mérite pas son prix.
