We usually extend everyday since we are not sure when we will finish our business negotiation here in al khobar. Nevertheless we can work quietly from away from the office since there is free wifi and it is quiet.

Very respectful receptionist. Maintenance people cleans our room when we request, almost only 2x since we stayed here for like more than 14 days already. Accessible to a lot of malls.

Accessible to grocery, a little over 300meters away from the farm supermarket. Has coffee shops nearby and restaurants also salon.

Maintenance fixed the bidet within 30mins after we reported it not working. Been staying here for 2 weeks now and still contented and comfortable. Clean and nice smell in the lobby and hallways. Also very quiet.

It has complete appliances so u dont need to go out. Just buy groceries, stock up your ref and you are good. Its near a couple of supermarkets, some just walking distance. Quiet room it is. And very big space for privacy.
