The location of the property is good and very convenient. The staff attitude is pathetic, they will work/ assist/ speak good ONLY if you offer any tip. They are zero on empathy. We ordered tea in the room in the morning, which we knew would be chargeable, the person at the other end started lecturing us, in the most authoritative tone. The person at the reception on night duty, took ₹1000/- for extra bed in 2 rooms,

Unwashed & torn bed linen, broken tea cups in room, only one untrained attendant in the hotel for all the rooms at night. If not paid in advance i would not have stayed here.

Decent hotel with affordable rates the staff is cordial. The location of hotel is civil lines nearby to ananda bhavan and railway junction.

-the whole stay was good. -the restaurant services were quite slow. -had a stranger trying to open the door and ring the bell of our room in the middle of the night but was taken care of after calling the reception. -the tv remote didn't have batteries or was expired so couldn't use the infotainment.

The room was full of mosquitoes. Hotel management was not even serving the items on their breakfast list which they themselves mentioned in their menu. The bedsheet was old and torn. Oil spots on the pillows. It's not something for which i paid extra money for.

This hotel is situated in civil line which is in the main area. We have stayed here for 2 days. The food is too good. Rooms are clean. Staffs are well mannered. Satisfied
