The check in was good but the room was horrible. With broken furniture dirty windows, sofa and everything was too dirty. Specifically the bathroom was horrible. With broken tiles stains broken bath fittings and no buckets. Total loot of money

room is very dirty, bathroom is also dirty hotel management not provid allout for mosquito rate is very High.

Extremely unhygienic rooms and bathroom. No support for cleaning inspite request. Inflated pricing..

I was always booking but this time it was terrible experience and after complaining also I didn't get the proper response wic i didn't expect from a company. I'm very sorry the minimum hygeine of drinking water cup was not clean ,room also was not clean ,TV was not there ..I complained immediately checking into room but I didn't get the justice and I checked out from the property around 3.15 pm .They didn't pay bk the amount also stating property should accept the complaint wic he was not ready.. Ok ...Thank you very much .You gave me very nice experience It was a terrible experience.The hotel hygeine was not at all good evening the water cup was not clean . Once checked in called Inspite of calling they were not able to resolve the issue stating the property has to accept the complaint for cancellation and refund and they didn't accept n i didn't get the refund also.. Thank you very much for a life time nice experience

Too dirty, the service was not even worth 500 rs. After all that the guard/staff was asking for extra money

Property location is good. Property very old. Bed and linen not clean. It's was like temporary adjustment made. Rates is high compared to facility provided.

Property's location is good. Rest everything is terrible. No intercom Stayed there for 2 days and no cleaning was done. Staff is very rude. they just want to have money without providing any service. Not recommended for anyone to stay there

it was terrible, no clean washrooms, they dnt know which room I booked,they ask me to show the receipt to know which room I booked, they dnt have a knowledge that rooms are booked, contact no they mentioned on the site was not working. I dnt know how shows these type of hotels , it's a insult for the brand.

Worst stay ever . The property looks like a hundred years old unused building with no renovation, no maintenance nothing There are charging 3.5k - 4k for rooms like 200-300 rupees max. Rooms don't have any attached washroom, only shared washroom for the entire floor .

Make my 永安 should not be listing such properties. They are using this plateform to do fraud by giving their rs 400 room at a price of rs 4000
