Good to stAy and near to station and avoid traffic rush. rooms are good and service good too. and most important food taste good in location.

The rooms, bathrooms, cleanliness, food, service all was up to mark. during our stay the lift stopped working multiple times so we had to use the stairs. that wasn't comfortable because we had senior citizens with us.

Hotel is located at poor location. Hotel has no parking of its own. There is no ventilation in rooms. Receptionists are not customer friendly.Food is average.

Room was without ventilation and no fresh air.I was staying with my mother and she is heart patient.she did not feel comfortable without ventilation.Also, we reached there at 3:00 pm afternoon and asked for response to this,the manager of resturant told us that he won't be able to provide food now as concerned cheff will come to evening shift probably after 7:pm .This reply left us hungry.

The location is in the bad part of the city, and the room is marginally small. You get better rooms at the same price in other hotels. Rooms are too close and there is no sound proofing, we could hear the conversations of the other guests the whole time, which was a disturbance in itself. The desperation of 'room service waiters' for tip is unparalleled, although that is understandable. But they could tone it down a little. The reception is also not as welcoming as it could be. Conclusion is, the stay is not the worst, but you could definitely get a significantly better stay at other inns for the same price.

Location wise is far from city. Lift was not working for few hours. Basic toiletries were not available. 3-4 lined up at the time of check out for tips n reward. Food was good although
