米蘭宮酒店 (Hotel Milan Palace)

The location of hotel is good but the service is average and no restaurants at site so only choice is to eat either in room or go out

There were big mosquitos in the suite . WiFi was not getting connected. & the assistance for the same was not good. Dinner was not available due to some other party on dining hall.

The stay was just ok highly overpriced for the kind of service and the hotel .the senior staff at the hotel / at the reception was not very receptive towards any requests whatsoever . Food was good but the service was bad

Good place to stay. The area is good. It was very much overpriced as we went during kumbh time. Staff is good too.

i recently stayed at from [11th jan 2025] to [16th jan em2025], and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. • the room was too small for three people, making our stay uncomfortable. • the reception staff was not communicative, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. • the stay felt overpriced considering the services and room size. • the food was expensive, but the quality and quantity did not match the price. • the staff was average, and we had to call and request room cleaning instead of it being done proactively. despite staying for six days, we did not have a good experience. unfortunately, based on this, i would not recommend the hotel. i hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the services for future guests.

Definitely worth the price. Rooms were newly furnished and were top notched. Staff was helpful and nice too

Location is 5 on 5. service is 3 0n 5. hotel ambiance is 3 on 5. they did not state that their lobby was under renovation and the air is dusty. toilet shower was spoilt. no room service or house keeping after 12 mid night.

Horrible stay at this hotel. Staff behaviour is rude and not getting support. Quality of rooms are poor. No breakfast has not been served.
