The hotel was ok, the staff were super helpful. Location is a problem, not the fault of the hotel. There is construction of a freeway between the hotel and the beach, so its all a bit horrible. Overall for out 2 nights there things were ok. There are interesting places to eat nearby and an auto costs 100 rupees to the backwaters or shopping.

Beautiful property and worth the money. Plus reception person chetan solanki was very helpful in everything and putting effort to make us comfortable. Beach is at walkable distance. Food we can order from zomato as they don't have restaurant.

The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good.

The room was clean and comfy and the hosts was very friendly. The stay was walkable distance from alleppey beach and within 2 km from all major attractions which makes it more special

I stayed in oceana residency for 2 nights. They provide us a very good familiar environment to us and very humble and good nature people. The rooms were at their best, clean with full of all the essentials. They also help us for planning our tour in allephuza.
