The staff are very kind and polite and have good hospitality the food is also good great service and also worth the money

The rooms were dirty and not at all maintained. They were very very small with a weird odour. Black water came out of the taps. The lighting was shabby. In the evening there is nothing to do apart from sitting in the boat. They dock at remote places. Mosquitoes were a hindrance after sunset. Its really hot and humid inside the rooms without the ac as the fans are barely functional. Area covered is bare minimum and the boat moves too slow. Too pricy for the experience.

Worst behaviour of driver and didn’t even taken to anywhere and he asked to sleep after 10 and while eating food at night he have taken plate from our hands forcefully and told to sleep he is behaved like hostel warden in rude way

Not worth more than rs 3000- per room per night. Nowhere near photos displayed. Stinky and dirty rooms and toilets when we were coming back in morning, we saw the other house boats parked and concluded that we stayed in the worst house boat in the area

The most irritating part of this houseboat is the boat will drive in the backwaters only for few times, maximum time it will be stopped. In mm t the check out time was mentioned at 9 am, but they completed the journey at 7:45 am. Food is ok, not too bad, not too good. My suggestion is if you want to enjoy backwaters then book a small boat and enjoy or more cheaper option is govt ferry.

All the staffs, aneesh, joseph, subroto and the manager a joy were great. Joy was responsive all the time irrespective of the time of the day!
