My recent experience at this property was profoundly unsatisfactory, marred by a cascade of issues that made my stay anything but comfortable. Below is a detailed account of the problems encountered: 1. **Check-In Delay:** Despite arriving at the designated check-in time, my room was allotted **7 hours later**, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to my plans. No adequate explanation or compensation was offered for this significant delay. 2. **Unhygienic Room Condition:** Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an infestation of **mosquitoes**, which made the space uninhabitable. The lack of basic pest control measures reflects a blatant disregard for guest comfort and health. 3. **Non-Functional Amenities:** - **Broken Wardrobe:** The wardrobe door was damaged and unusable, leaving no proper storage for belongings. - **Faulty TV & Fridge:** The television had connectivity issues, and the fridge was not cooling, rendering both appliances pointless. - **Dysfunctional Intercom:** The intercom system did not work, making it impossible to contact reception for assistance. 4. **Poor Maintenance:** The property is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. Cracked walls, worn-out furniture, and outdated fixtures further highlighted the neglect. None of the amenities promised were in usable condition, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. This property has potential, but the sheer lack of upkeep, broken amenities, and apathetic service make it impossible to recommend. Until significant investments are made in maintenance, pest control, and guest services, I strongly advise travelers to avoid this location. A stay here is not worth the frustration or expense.

Overall it's very bad experience, service is not good at all its very overpriced for the service and money the hotel charging. Waiting period for everything even smaller things takes eternity.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our 永安. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.
