The bathroom is not good, room service is not responsive, restaurant food is not good and the morning buffet breakfast is very pathetic, the swimming pool is not clean and there is no maintenance. In my opinion the cost is too high and we are not getting that much service. If we go to the beer parlour at 10:00 pm the person who is there is not willing to give the beer. As per the govt rule we can buy these things until 11:00 pm. But the barman wants to close at 10:00 pm. It is not good at all.

It was ok ok ,housekeeping issues ,lady staff was ok ,but gents staffs has high attitude,hesitant to help - also had a few engineering related issues ,drain block and power issues - breakfast was ok

Good ambience, best location. Almost all tourist attractions nearby. Easy to reach the resort from Railway station and KSRTC bus terminal.

Stayed in the hotel with kids for one night. Over all a good experience . Hotel staff were very friendly and provided good service. Dinner served was very tasty. Rooms and bathroom was well maintained.

Cottage style rooms are good. Nice place and easy access to shopping lane. food also was decent. pool and activities available.

Poor room services. Had asked for warm drinking water for my mother, but the reception did not bother to send to the room. Room was neat and clean but the door in the bathroom was broken and not maintained. At this cost of nearly 3800 for a room expected better.

One of the worst expirence in my life. 1. Proprety not maintained. 2. Rooms are like hell, no cleaness, broken furniture, bad smell in room. 3. Bathrooms is like nightmare, very old, toilet seat cover is not their, water is contaminated, no hot water. Rating -0/5 4. Poll not maintained, water is not changing everyday. Rating-1/5. 5. Never recommended - overall-rating-1/5 6. Food never try, i lost my money beacuse not preparing daily.

Disappointing Stay "I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel PAGODA,and it was an unmitigated disaster. This property they are not maintaining nothing. Bathroom was disgusting" - "Unhygienic conditions" - "Poor maintenance" - "Cleanliness issues" - "Not worth the money" - "Disappointing stay" - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Maintenance: 1/5 - Hygiene: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Value: 1/5 The bathroom was a nightmare! Filthy sink, toilet, and shower. Leaking faucet and clogged drain.
