It was the worst experience one could have. We had booked a night stay in their houseboat, first there was a delay in check in then the Manager there got us a boat which I believe was not even sterling’s own boat it was from some local provider. We paid a heavy amount as it was a Christmas Eve booking and the condition of the boat was pathetic. After de boarding we made a written complaint and sent two mails to the customer care but there was no reply response at all. Terrible terrible experience I would never recommend their services to anybody.
