Extremely Bad Experience, I will never book any hotel and flight . Photos were totally different from the original. I paid approx but it was a total waste of money.

It was worst, first of all it was very clear that make my 永安 cheated us and for that we will see you at the end of my travelling. We were told by the house boat manager that we are third party maam, the amenities you are looking for was not inform to us. Like fruit basket not given, mirror toiletries was like 5 rupees stuff no shampoo, no hand sanitizer, no laundry service and many more. But my complain is how you change the boat last minute as initially it was cosy boats and in last minutes boat without name. We call for help during check in which was terrible ms riya called and than someone come to receive us. This is not for we booked through make my 永安 that entire 永安 is spoiled and we need to keep calling for help really it was very disappointing. We ll make complain legally for sure at the end of my 永安 shame on make my 永安 better change your name spoil my 永安

I really liked the helpers in our boat. Everyone was so hardworking and helpful. Their positive attitude and hard work was impressive. Send this again.

The atmosphere at kerala houseboat was truly remarkable. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The ambiance was serene and inviting, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the efforts made to maintain a pristine environment throughout my stay. The staff at kerala houseboat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. From check-in to check-out, i felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. The food served is amazing and it has a great hospitality

Only single towel and soap provided. No toilet paper no tissue paper no wifi. Just average saw other boats they look more good and happy travellers

Stay at your boat was enjoyable and excellent. Staff also very good and we got good service from them. Food quality was also good and healthy. Only lagging behind is variety of food.
