Stayed here for a business 永安 and had a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were polite and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Bilik agak kecil tapi sesuai dengan harga. Cuma kebersihan tu memang agak kureng dan bilik pun ade siket berbau kurang enak Parking kena bayar setiap hari. Tak de lif. Kurang sesuai kalau bawa orang tua.

A pretty good hotel overall! The location is convenient — there are food options on both sides, so finding something to eat is easy. There’s even a Mixue (ice cream & drinks) nearby, which is super convenient for a quick treat. Great for a short stay or a transit stop. Recommended!

The 100% poor thing is room super noisy! The bird stay next to the window. The sound comes repeatly (wu wu wu) The second noisy sound come from the road (the car, lorry. motorcycle.....) You can't even sleep well... I'll not stay again next time. No enough sleep no energy all day

Kami sekeluarga amat berpuas hati dgn percutian kami kali ini.. dapat menginap di hotel yg harga berpatutan tp memuaskan.. sekiranya kami ke Alor Setar Kedah lg..pasti Kami akan booking hotel dgn 永安 dan menginap di the laverage lite hotel.

The cleanliness need to improve. The bedside can see dusts and when we check in the room, the toilet floor was wet. Lobby a lot of mosquitos. No friendly for the guest who bring infant or child below 6 yrs old. The washbasin expose two sharp corners.
