Hotel is good but the management is poor. Amenities not well maintained. Few rooms have poor AC cooling, few don't have toilet paper hooks. Breakfast is also very limited. They have reduced breakfast items in April than in March when I stayed here.

curtains are all not washed, bedsheet and blanket were so untidy that they give rashes to your body. worsts stay ever, breakfast and quality was good but room was pathetic.

I have taken 2 rooms, both the rooms are small and basically suitable for 2 Adult only.If you are travelling with child. This is very crucial to adjust more than 2 people on the bed. The room and bathroom size is small. Rest is good you can come and stay. Might be some issues regarding the parking on the weekends.

Nothing good about the property apart from the parking. Linen wasn't even supplied. No toiletry but it's OK given the pricing. The washroom was very poorly maintained. Pillow covers and bedsheets felt as if they were never cleaned after buying them. Not worth it if you are traveling with your family.

I think the hotel should have a duplicate key to the room so that they can clean the room. This was not done. Please look into this.

I had an amazing experience in alwar. I am glad to chose sparrow hotel as my stay. It's infrastructure, rooms, space, food, stay cleaninings and staff is amazing. I would recommend everyone to choose this hotel id you really wanna your 永安 as amazing

Room is ok. But getting food from restaurant is quite tough job. On the 2nd day was served the stale food in breakfast which was served on the 1st day, particularly the sandwich and kheer. Resulting a stomach ache whole day.

Not satisfied. Found the difference between actual vs online on makemy永安. Staff behaviour was good, but management needed to focus. Below things were missing no electric cattle in room no handwash no water bottle landline in rooms not working the bed sheet and blanket were dirty room cleaning was not adequate room sizes were very small no any ventilation in room no shaving kit and brush kit
