we are newly married couple and booked this hotel to as we were travelling back from manali to uttarakhand, we reached there at 2 am and they didn’t let us checking as in out aadhaar card father name was not same and surname, we showed them our wedding invitation photo and wedding photos but still they made us wait and request for and hour. we could not cancel the stay as it was non refundable. terrible

I ordered a vegetarian paratha from your restaurant, and i was extremely disappointed to find an egg shell on top of it. As a vegetarian, this not only violates my dietary preferences but has also caused me great distress, as it goes against my religious beliefs. I kindly request that you take immediate action to ensure that vegetarian orders are prepared with the utmost care and that no non-vegetarian ingredients are mixed in. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue

This is the only property in the location nearing to mmdu. The food quality and taste is very good. Overall the the stay was comfortable.

The staff was very courteous & polite. No doubt about it. But the pricing of the hotel is more , when seeing the amenities . The rooms need more maintenance. Inspite of the booking, the bathroom was not cleaned. Toiletries were not there. The dispensers were either missing or very little filled. So the prior preparation was not there. Toiletries were provided after asking. So ,I found the price more for the place . Food was fine
