Hotel was good neat and clean and value for money just to improve the Kitchen services and need to provide fast service

The rooms were clean. The executive rooms are spacious. Although it’s an old property but still they managed to equip with Fridge, centralised AC and kettles.

Actually the food was good but the room was small and the tv channels were not working properly ... So it was just an average experience in the hotel

Good Property, room was specious but bedding is very old and overused. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff was very polite and cooperative

Smell in washroom. Smell in cupboard. In mm t app there is refrigerator in executive room but in actual there is no refrigerator in room.

My reservation was for an executive room with a city view and complimentary late check-out, so i made a special request for early check-in when i booked. I called the hotel today to confirm if early check-in would be possible, and they informed me that i could check in at 11 am. However, when i arrived at 11 am, they did not provide the room i had booked. When i pointed out that this wasn't the room i had paid for, the staff told me that check-in for that specific room would only be possible at 1 pm. I explained that i had already confirmed early check-in in the morning, but they responded that if i had any issues, i could wait until 1 pm. Because of this, i was placed in a different room temporarily and had to wait, even though i couldn't wait that long.

5. It was easy to locate and food was great. Overall great experience
