阿梅爾山谷酒店 (The Amer Valley hotel Jaipur)

Hospitality and management is very good at hotel food is an awesome and smooth process.

The room construct and cleanliness was okay . However, basic amenities like toiletries etc were missing even in premium rooms. The rooms were freshly painted and the odor never left despite keeping the windows open. Wifi connectivity was a constant issue. Would not recommend at this price.

House keeping staff are good. Generally hotel is average. I have a complaint against the restaurant food service. We ordered many items ***** with Chicken gravy and clearly told me waiter that no Oil should be used. But too much oil was found in the dish. We returned the dish and asked for Dal. The waiter and restaurant incharge convinced us they will prepare again the chicken dish. But they simply removed oil from top and served us the same dish Too much oil was found at the bottom of the servings. They offered us not to charge for this dish but still not acceptable. Due to Holi food was served after 45 minutes with only three families in the restaurant.

This place is near Amer fort, it's a clean and calm place. shopping place closer to hotel is rajasthan textile corporation. elephant camp near by is a good place for animal lovers.

Very bad experience, will not recommend this hotel to anyone not a friendly staff, they have very conjusted parking, they wake people at midnight around 2 -3 am to remove the car

The stay at the amer valley hotel, jaipur was good. The food over there was also delicious. The property is having parking space and is very near to tourist attractions.

Hotel room was under construction no all facility were installed, paint smell was all over. Food was also not well.

Rude behaviour of staff and we were given a cheap room instead of the room we booked which is a bad ghost. Very bad experience. Waste of money.

We checked in the family room, it's paint was smelling as they had white wash the previous day. The bathtub was not clean, the bathroom was engineered wrong such that the water was coming out of the bathroom into the room. The room was missing one of the ceiling fans as well. The tv was not working properly for my 3 nights stay and was not fixed. The receptionists were not cooperative while the housekeeping people did there job good. They always suggested us to talk to there sir which was not feasible for us due to time constraints. The staff showed us another room which was not family room and wanted us to shift into that while it had no amenities similar to what we had payed. Overall a pathetic experience for us
