Mirani Hotel Ampang near Melawati Mall (Mirani Hotel Ampang near Melawati Mall)

Room is good as both toilet & bedroom are clean. Customer service need to be improved. Staff lay down at the lobby area & I feel uncomfortable as it is an open area & not nice to see that environment at hotel lobby. The hotel should notify customer the current situation where they are having renovation at shoplot beside the hotel which can leads to noisy sound. Since they didn't notify us, it is so noisy & even at 8-9pm also they still doing renovations. I cannot sleep & rest due to the noise disturbance. On the next day, around 11.30am there is no water & no announcement done by the hotel to notify customer about this situation. We are the one who need to double check with staff why there is a water disruption during the stay.
