리셉션 여성직원이 매우 불친절하고 화를 냅니다. 객실의 청결도는 괜찮은데 침대에 진드기가 있습니다. 그냥 무난하고 위치는 좋은데 이가격에 지낼 호텔은 아닌거 같네요.

Lokasi hotel yang bagus untuk membeli belah dan mendapatkan pelbagai jenis makanan. Bilik luas dan staff cergas menyantuni tetamu.

Kebersihan boleh lah memuaskan.cuma ada anak lipas di bilik hotel.penghawa dingin pun kurang sejuk walaupun dah tekan sampai 16 darjah celcius.air panas kena ambil kat bawah.x ada cerek air dalam bilik hotel.pancuran air panas tekanan kurang.boleh lah kena pada harganya...

We Booked a family room for 4 nights and the big mistake was I did is I paid whole amount in advance without checking the location and Hotel rooms inside. When I reach there was: Dirty Towels. Dirty Blankets. Washroom Lock (out of order) so the smelly room due to washroom door open. Wash Basin was too small to use. LED was not working but was hanged in locked (Looks that the customer will carry it on checkout) Air Conditioned was not cooling. Bad situation when I asked to refund and I wanted to checkout immediately, Front Desk refused and asked to contact 永安 App. Then I called 永安 they offered me to checkout in the morning and they will refund remaining 3 Nights Amount. I obeyed them but still no progress in refund process. Extremely Disappointed! Not Recommended.

Das ist kein Hotel, Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit Fenster gebucht, das gibt es nicht. Ich habe über eine Stunde mit dem Rezeptionisten und später mit dem Manager telefonisch gesprochen, weil meine Buchung nicht existiert und nicht bezahlt sein soll... Dann will man auch noch ein Deposit haben. Das Bad hat eine Campingdusche, alles läuft über die Toilette, so ist das Bad überall nass, man kommt aus dem Bad und die Fliesen im Zimmer sind gefährlich rutschig. Es stinkt nach chemischen Mittel. Der Rezeptionist meint, weil die Gäste rauchen...Die bettwäsche alt, verfärbt und verrissen. In der Nacht sind Laute Unterhaltungen auf dem Flur. Die Klimaanlage aussen brummt so laut, das man nicht schlafen kann. Das ist ein Horrorhotel!
