Great experience and very good location very neat and cleaner

good- . the hotel has a good interior *horrible*- .1The hotel main entrance from a petrol pump which is not upto the standard of any 4 start hotel. 3. Buffet- The food buffet was not organise for dinner. Despite requesting multiple times we got response that the hotel can arrange buffet only if they have sufficient guests in hotel else they will provide food in the room with basic items that were one soup, one dal , one panner item plus rice/roti which they asked us to share with all the members. 4. Swimming Pool : The swimming pool was dirty with lots of worms and insects. We requested hotel to clean it but nothing changed during our 2 days stays. In addition the water was ice cold and not temperature control. 5. Mosquito: The room had lots of Mosquito in it and we asked hotel to provide an all-out they said that the didn't have one and gave us a botle of hit spray and told that use it during your stay. Using hit spray while you are in a close room is not good for health. 6 Service: The room service was not upto the mark of 4 start hotel instead in past I had received better service from 2 star hotel. Also, the front desk manager was impolite and started staring angrily when we highlighted the above problems to him. I hope that the hotel will take action on above genuine feedback, so that other families should not go through the same problem which we faced during our stay.

Hotel with nice location. This was our base for one night stay in amritsar. Breakfast was great and service was excellent. This is very good hotel away from busy city center.

Stayed in family room 302-303. MAP dinner was served at 9 pm which was average. The person at reception was rude, we checked 4 rooms before entering into 302-303, all rooms has sepage and smell. Dirty carpet. The hotel is not at all maintained. Not worth the price you pay. Breakfast was even worst.

Very Bad Services, No Lift was Working, No Soap, No Shampoo, No Shower Gel, No Dental Kit, No Towels were there in the Room. The Telephone was not working. No shower was working, even we couldn't take bath properly. The Blind Curtain was not working. Extremely Bad Restaurant Service, The Buffet Breakfast place was very dirty.
