My stay in Fairfield Marriot was absolutely pleasant. First, the staffs are very very fast and helpful. They helped me check-in in the most efficient way! The room is spacious, super clean and all aminities are there! Exactly get what I paid for. Amazing! Breakfast?! The breakfast is extraordinary, they have quite wide varieties of foods and beverages, including the local specialties. Loved that! The staffs in the restaurant is very very attentive and sweet! Definitely will stay with them again if I come back to Amritsar!

Has maintainance issues....pool side furniture worn out...there was a broken glass lying on the pool side...informed staff but all they did was click pictures and never bothered to return and clean the area...lifts have unfinished wooden panels with raw edges...ordered some in room dining which was delayed and on enquiring we were told that they had sent our order to some other room as there system was down and they did not record our order correctly...we were given one room card and on asking for another one , again we were told that the system is down hence unable to give another card...room sizes are very small and had to pay extra for a hardly bigger room. All in all will not stay here again.

Stay was pleasant. Staff were polite and very accommodating . Breakfast though limited in varieties was good . Enjoyed my two day stay in this hotel . My real disappointment was the boutique in the hotel . Tailor made a suit but turn out horrible and need major corrections . Waste of time and money .

I chose to pick Fairfield Marriott tranch as I stay in Marriott’s across the world. It was my one year anniversary and I provided clear instructions to decorate my room. Staff agreed to that however when I turned up to my room there was no decorations. When I reached out to ask why agreed instructions were not folliwed I was tokd that staff member misheard and it was a new person and decorated another room but not yours. Absolutely disgusted with my experience. To compensate and as an apology my food bill was waived when i was insisting to pay for the food bill. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY SPECIAL DAY AND MY RELATIONSHIP.

Staff is friendly. Location wise, it is very close to the Amrotsar Train Station, 15 mins from the airport, and 10-12 mins from the Golden Temple. Hotel service staff at level 4 - Manpreet, Suman and Lakshmi are very attentive and always smiling.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the hotel staff are very helpful and professional, excellent services, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities, room and pool are nice and clean, the food was surprisingly delicious.
