Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

From the moment we stepped out of our transport and were warmly greeted with a heartfelt “Sat Sri Akal,” we knew we were in the best of hands. The hospitality extended to us was genuine, professional, and filled with warmth beyond words.The check-in process was seamless and efficient. A special mention to Manisa at the Front Desk for her gracious assistance and to Govind from the Front Office for his professionalism and attentiveness throughout our stay. However, what truly made our experience extraordinary was the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Raghav Mehta, Front Office Manager. His level of care, leadership, and personal attention is rare in today’s hospitality industry. Even on his day off, he made it a point to personally check in to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. When he learned that we wished to try local street food but were hesitant, he thoughtfully arranged for that very street delicacy to be freshly prepared for us at breakfast. That gesture alone speaks volumes about his commitment to guest satisfaction.Mr. Raghav Mehta has truly set the benchmark bar exceptionally high for anyone in the industry to follow. His dedication, warmth, and proactive service reflect world-class hospitality at its finest. A heartfelt thank you as well to Sukvinder Singh, whose warmth and readiness to assist made us feel instantly welcome. The dining experience at Kitchen 1574 was simply beyond words. The breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent — wide variety, authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. The café team — Fiza, Abhishek, Akshek, and Amanpreet — were outstanding in their service, always attentive and serving with genuine smiles. A special appreciation as well to the lovely tea lady (whose name I regretfully forgot) who served us so warmly each morning. Adding to the beautiful memories, the hotel surprised our son, nephew, and niece with a congratulatory cake to celebrate their exam success. That thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts and made the celebration even more meaningful. To every other team member whose names we may have unintentionally missed — please know that you were very much part of our wonderful stay. While we may not remember every name, we will never forget your graciousness, warmth, and the incredible Punjabi hospitality you extended to our family. Every member of the team exemplified true Punjabi hospitality — warmth, professionalism, and friendliness that goes far beyond expectations.
