Sehr Schlecht Erfahrung, bei Abendessen Buffet war’s Katastrophe, Service sehr sehr schlecht. Nexte Tag bei Frühstück haben wir Kuchen Chef Herr Bavan getroffen & bei Frühstücken beide Tag Er sehr aufmerksam gewesen. dahier 2 Punkte .. Sonst das Hotel ist Katastrophe. Alte Handtücher, Zimmer nicht sauber, in Restaurant Service ist Katastrophe… Erste Tag wars Abendessen sehr Schlecht, dahier haben wir 2. Tag nicht mehr dort gegessen. In Reception Leute sind unerfahren…

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
