This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

Superb location next to a shopping mall. Easy access to nearby places of worship and shopping. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast

Check-in was horrendous. Requested for extra card, the staff (male, tall wear specs speaks in a monotonous voice) said will be given in few minutes. Guess what, we were not given the extra card. I can accept if its not meant to be given 2 cards and he shouldn't lie. to us. We asked him TWICE. The key card is not even working. I have 2 young children with me and the staffs did not have any sense of urgency when being faced with difficulties. The card did not work for 4 times. 4 TIMES! No apologies from the management nothing. Breakfast buffet was alright. But we got FOOD POISONING from the ginger tea during dinner time. And when i sliced the bun, lo and behold! there was a RED STAIN on the knife!!!! The table was sticky too. Please live up to Hyatt standard. This was not our first time to this hotel. It was lovely the previous time we came. But this time it was horrible!

Good location, clean, nice beds and wonderful shower. It meets international standards. A 4 star hotel that is truly 4 star unlike what you get in India.

Didn’t give the room which I booked, put an extra bed with king which didn’t leave any space to walk. Received baggage after an hour of check in, TV was not working.

A Standard Business Hotel with a Convenient Location **Rating:** ★★★★☆ I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, it’s your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through 永安, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While I’m happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated. Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.
