There was a problem with odour in the washrooms. Vishal was very helpful and understanding. He managed to give one alternate room and dealt with the odour problem in the other room. Then onward s we were given good and outstanding service. We appreciate the dedication with which they carried out their work. Food was excellent. I will recommend pinaz royal e to friends and family. Title.

Very terrible condition rooms and washrooms smelling and wash basin taps broken, no water supply in wc. Room kettle not working, no water to drink by hotel. Worst experience ever with such ratings.

This was my second visit after 3 years and this won’t disappoint me. Staff is so helpful and front desk manager is very well behaved and always ready to help you. And food is very delicious.

*location - it was good. 10 mins away from the railway station and 15 mins away from the golden temple. Considering there are so many hotels around the golden temple, this was considered away from it. But the good part was there was no hustle bustle around this hotel. *food - food was okayish. Not too good, not too bad. But the service was very fast. *hygiene - the rooms were hygienic but there was some kind of smell in one of the rooms. The other two rooms were fine. The staff did try to put the room freshener time to time but there was certainly an issue in one of the room. *staff - the staff was very helpful, attentive and quick.

Stay was good. Rooms were quite spacious. Staff were also good. Best part of the hotel it's location. Over all the experience in staying in this hotel was quite good and comfortable. Can't comment on the food as i did not eat anything inside the hotel.
