Hotel location was good, which is highly recommendable. But the bed cover has a blood spot when I checked in... it was not clean. I also saw the bed bug in the bedding. It was quite disappointing, and it shouldn't happen in hotels, especially at Swissotel at Amsterdam

It was a clean hotel right in front of the department. Taxi couldn’t stop in front of the hotel so we had to stop by little far to walk over. The breakfast was ok. Not too many options. Room was spacious and the bed had an automatic liclining system.

Mooie, ruime kamer, pal in het centrum, dicht bij het station en een tramhalte voor de deur. Het eten was heel lekker en de bediening heel vriendelijk en correct. Dit hotel is zeker aan te raden. Wat wel eigenaardig overkomt is als je Nederlands spreekt in de grootste stad van Nederland zijn er veel mensen die je niet begrijpen. Bij momenten was het wel heel druk, de stad doet veel moeite om alles proper te houden maar helaas zijn er altijd mensen die afval laten slingeren.

Mükemmel konum, şehrin tüm olanaklarına adım atarak ulaşma imkanı. Temizlik ve hizmet biraz daha iyi olabilir Swiss kalitesi ile karşılaştırınca. Ama özetle, herşey harikaydı.

這次孩子帶我去阿姆斯特丹五天四晚的旅行在永安上訂了這家旅館，酒店衞生極差，辛虧我們自己帶了床頭和枕套，真沒想第二天的夜裡兩點多被被子裏枕頭套裏床蟲把我們給咬醒了，夜裡給前台打電話要求換房間，我們從333號房間搬到了301號房間，穿的睡衣睡褲和床單枕套全部都扔掉，然後洗澡洗頭清洗全身，第二天早上旅館的斯蒂文經理跟我們説這是第二次發生這種事情，這樣的旅館誰敢再來住！期望永安能認真考察這種酒店的房間衞生環境再合作。不要再危害國人在阿姆斯特丹這種旅館入住！！！！！！我們已經投訴到阿姆斯特丹的旅遊部門和這家酒店的總部！希望瑞士酒店能真正的改進房間衞生環境，而不是從下到上的都在推卸責任，不要再傷及其他無辜的入住客人！！！！！！差評差評差評。。。

酒店位置非常好，房間比較小一點，但是床很舒服，隔音也很好，睡覺一點也聽不到繁華大街的嘈雜聲，走路去各景點都很方便，酒店對面小衚衕裏有一個湖南常德米粉，味道不錯！

We had the most wonderful stay at Swissôtel Amsterdam for our wedding anniversary, made even more special by a generous upgrade to a suite. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable—the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. The suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was plush, the amenities were thoughtful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Every corner of the hotel exuded warmth and elegance, making it a perfect retreat in the heart of Amsterdam. While the location is fantastic—right in the city center—it does come with a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The overall experience was still absolutely lovely, and we truly appreciated the effort put into making our anniversary so memorable. Thank you, Swissôtel Amsterdam, for a fantastic stay! We’ll definitely be back.
