提早抵達獲得提早入住安排，但等了半小時才知道已經準備好但沒人主動通知我們；適逢聖誕，前台迎賓蛋糕好吃。 入住第一天有兩個男人在我們洗澡時誤入房間，主動向前台查詢保安，調查後才知道是前台失誤將房號派錯給新房客，後來保安主管說不會再發生同類事情，但每晚都要在門口放物件才能安心； 職員表現都算專業，對我們的要求有盡量配合，連枕頭的軟硬度都可以選擇。不像網上所顯示的有洗衣房，洗衣服務又昂貴，要做好手洗衣服的心理準備。 冬天房間內偏冷，因為氣候約定，只能在恆定温度+/-3度，對於怕冷的我們來說房間一直很冷，而且浴室抽風強勁無法關閉，洗澡出來會很冷，但好處是如果洗了衣服會快點乾。 地點離中央車站要20分鐘露天步程，冬天可能會很冷，但酒店對面有輕鐵直達(3歐左右)，出入尚算方便。

還不錯，在運河上，很安靜，視野很好。酒店內服務人員熱情禮貌。酒店裡的牛排味道不錯。離阿姆的中央火車站大概步行15分鐘左右。

酒店地址就在音樂廳旁邊，從中央車站坐26路輕軌一站下車，走200米過橋對岸的一樓就是。酒店給了河景房，景色無敵好，開門很哇撒的感覺。早餐也很豐富。訂的早，價格也不貴，是這次出差幾個酒店入住感最棒的一間酒店。

酒店位置可以，風景優美怡人，前台工作人員態度極佳，工作效率非常快，房間設施齊全，唯一美中不足的打掃衞生的工作人員不夠仔細，抽紙沐浴露用完了也沒給更新，太令人失望了

Mooi hotel op 15 minuten lopen van het station. We hadden een city view kamer die een prachtig uitzicht heeft. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers zelf gewoon goed, niks bijzonders maar ook niks te klagen.

這是雪糕品牌的旗下酒店，很遺憾參加不到三點鐘的雪糕試食，因為都外出遊覽了，酒店如可以提供免費的雪糕放冰箱內就更好了，酒店房間景色非常美，環境很衞生，裝修風格很舒適，早餐在歐洲酒店來說很豐富，唯一美中不足，就是我從車站拖著行李走20分鐘過來很辛苦，如果酒店可以提供車輛接送就完美了

Close to the central railway station, but still a tough walking distance. Spacious room, cozy beddings, and bright lights. Amazing city and canal view facing the station and sunset. The higher floor, the better. Some furniture was worn and need to be fixed. The TV table is not well designed, and looks dangerous to kids or teenagers. Square-shaped pillows were first seen in hotels and not user friendly.

We must say we're nothing but disappointed with this hotel. The reason we booked it was because Viking recommended it, and I will definitely inform Viking about our terrible experience here. We had been on the road for the last 12 days, moving between different hotels in Europe, but this one is the worst. It took us a long time to check in, and it turned out the staff member was new and didn't seem sure what she was doing. Then, the shower couldn't get any hot water. Someone came by and resolved the problem by turning on both the sink tap and the shower. While I was taking the shower, the temperature was inconsistent, with super hot or super cold water spilling for a few seconds before returning to normal. I also mentioned the fly in the room to the guy who fixed the shower, but he brushed us off, saying we could just use paper to kill it. When checking out, the front desk asked if everything was okay. We said no, but he didn't follow up and just left it at that. The service was truly horrible.
