酒店雖離市中心有點遠，但樓下就是2號電車，能直達市中心及各個景點，彌補了地理位置上的缺點，房間很大，打掃衞生，並且安靜。

Great stay, tram right outside hotel to get to central . Local supermarkets less than 5 minute walk from hotel!  We got the train from airport to first stop and then walked 15 mins to hotel - couldn’t fault.  A lot quieter around hotel locals area.  Hotel was lovely very clean and spacious & had great air con!!!  Only problem we had was the coffee machine broke on last bru around - can’t really complain as that was the only problem!

It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Paper cups for coffee & tea. I asked if I could get some crockery cups & they said no. Our air conditioner broke down so no air conditioning for the last 3 days we were staying & only on last day did they say we could move rooms! They told us every day that it was going to be fixed! It was like being in a sauna because it was about 26° outside. We weren’t compensated & or not even replied to when I sent email to management.

Very weird hotel. There were two receptionists scratching their phones and burning time and they didn't want to check me in and asked me to do a self check-in on one of the computers. When I got to the room it seemed okay but soon realised that the room hasn't been properly cleaned at all so I went down and kindly asked if they could just do some vacuuming and clean a bit yet both of them said it's not an option and that I already have a "nicer" room. I accepted that and went on and focused on my business again till I went into shower and exxperienced that the shower isn't working properly (water not going away but leaking everywhere out of the shower area). So I went down again and asked the same receptionists to fix that asap or just give me another room. They said they will send a technician. Even after days, the technician never actually came and fixed the problem. Needless to say that my room had water marks on the ceiling and cracked drywall in the room as well. It was impossible to shower so I had to shower myself like I'm in at a camping site and not a 4-star hotel!!! Avoid this terrible hotel at any costs.

Прекрасный отель, рекоменду! Комфортный большой номер, приятная постель, уборка каждый день, отличная шумоизоляция. Возле отеля остановка трамвая (до центрального вокзала 25 минут), не далеко станция метро. Удивил процесс самостоятельной регистрации заселения и выселения из отеля.

이 호텔에서 4박을 보냈습니다. 고층을(10층) 받아서 막힘 없는 뷰를 볼 수 있었고, 비행기도 가끔 볼 수 있었습니다. 트램 2호선이 바로 앞에 있어 시내와는 거리가 멀지만 이동에는 아무 문제 없었습니다. (컨택리스 카드 사용가능 약1.5유로, 센트럴) 룸은 사진과 같이 깔끔하고 깨끗한 편이였으며 어메니티도 구비 되어 있습니다. 커피 머신도 있구요. 특히 화장실 바닥이 따뜻해서 화장실이 아늑합니다 (샤워유리 있음) 중앙역보다는 amsterdam lelylaan 을 이용하면 더 가까워요. 다음에 또 온다면 이용할 것 같습니다.
