音樂會酒店 (The Concert Hotel)

Very good location & staff are friendly & helpful! The room is clean and seems has been renovated recently. Has a tiny lift in the hotel. Good value for the money. Pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, despite the welcoming staff and the great deal in terms of price and location, our room was dirty, and we found a couple of carpet beetles. Although our stay was short, the staff did not take any action or offer any commercial gesture, and they tried to divert the subject. While it's possible for these pests to come in from outside through the windows, our inspection of the mattress and under the bed frame revealed dust, remnants of previous food crusts on the floor, and an old unmaintened carpet accross the building of which create a welcoming environment for such pests. As a result, I had to discard my expensive travel bag because it couldn't be washed at high temperatures, which is necessary to eliminate these pests and prevent them from infesting my home. The hotel's response was to deny the presence of the bugs (please see pictures) and then claim that because I didn't report it immediately, they wouldn't do anything. Well, I only stayed for two days with a very tight schedule, and we identified the bugs from pictures during our journey back home when I finally had a bit of time to research. The after-care service was awful.I also wanted to use the 永安 chat for all communications to be stored.

Simpatia dos funcionários ocorreu somente após a minha reclamação junto ao aplicativo de reservas 永安! Mudaram praticamente todos os funcionários da recepção nas duas noites reservadas. Fiquei no hotel com a minha família por 8 noites, sendo as duas últimas reservadas através de 永安! O café da manhã é muito bom. A limpeza e o conforto sobretudo da cama deixam a desejar. Não retornaria. Mas agradeço ao aplicativo de reservas 永安 e também aos novos funcionários que chegaram na recepção na parte da manhã e passaram a nos tratar com maior cordialidade e simpatia.

房間很小但一個人夠用，隔音有點差，洗澡的雨簾飄來飄去不方便，地理位置離兩大博物館很近，離市中心較遠，短住一天總體性價比不錯。

This is a nice budget, comfort hotel. Location is amazing literally 2 minutes from Van Gogh museum and there’s a tram 5 minutes walk just round the corner that will take you to central station and the dam. There’s also a supermarket and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Overall service was friendly. It’s quite an old style building old lift and quite steep stairs. My room was quite big on the top floor. Overall cleanliness was good just quite a lot of dust in places. The cleaner also left my window open on the second day I was there so when I came back the room was freezing (overall the room was quite cold). I would stay there again as was a quiet location away from the noise of the centre and overall I had no issues.

スタッフは親切で部屋はとてもきれいです。美術館もすぐ側で交通機関へのアクセスもいいです。 ですが、外の音、隣の部屋の音などはかなり聞こえるので靜かさを求めている方には向かないと思います。 あと、手を洗う所が小さく、歯を磨く時など不便でした。

Nice room with clean amenities and comfortable beds

酒店離埃菲爾鐵塔不遠，很安全，房間內有空調，前台還能寄存行李，我們最後一天退房後，依然幫我們寄存了一天的行李

This place was fine for a short stay. There was access to a tram and close to the museum area. I felt a little far to walk into the centre of Amsterdam and it was expensive given the area and space. I know it was a European summer, but very expensive for what you get. Overall, friendly staff and relatively easy to get to by tram.
