A conflict occurred among the actual booked room and the room we got at check-in. There was some miscommunication between hotel and 永安 but I got compensated for the same by 永安.

Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel mit etwas chaotischer Hotelführung. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber da keines frei war, als wir ankamen, bekamen wir ein 3 Bett Zimmer. Man sagte uns dann aber, dass wir für die 2te Nacht in das 2 Bett Zimmer umziehen müssen. Eigentlich nicht ganz so problematisch, aber als man uns dann am nächsten Morgen sagte, dass wir dort erst um 15 Uhr rein dürfen, war unser Verständnis dann doch am Ende. An so etwas muss gearbeitet werden. Zimmer selber war ok. Toller Balkon (Zigarettenstummel und Müll sollten vom Vordach entfernt werden), sehr kleine Dusche, bequeme Betten. Zimmer sind nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Sollte man vorher wissen.

La cama es incómoda y la habitación está llena de bichos, lo que indica una limpieza deficiente. No hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas y estrechas. Dentro hace mucho calor, no hay aire acondicionado y el ventilador solo mueve aire caliente. En recepción ofrecen agua, pero está caliente, así que no apetece beberla. Eso sí, la ubicación es bastante buena.
