The costumer service is awful. I made a reservation by mistake and tried to change at the same day and the did not let me. They don't reply to any of your requests. You can onlly do your check-in at the time that is convinient for them, and the room is small and hot. Do not book this hotel.

The service from this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. The receptionist was so rude and unfriendly. He was definitely not willing to help you with your problems at all. To anyone considering staying at this hotel, I would 100% not recommend this. Please avoid:)
