該旅館出行較方便，步行兩三分鐘就有巴士站，離梵高博物館和荷蘭國立博物館不遠，十來分鐘的步行時間可到。前台職員服務熱情，態度好。不太好的體驗： 1、房間較窄，放下行李後空間所剩無幾。 2、清潔衞生有待提高，被套可見臟痕（圖三）；地毯上有許多小點點（圖五）；房間的牆壁、床鋪有螞蟻（圖七）。 3、沒有燒水壺。 4、陽台是幾個客房互通共用（圖八），房間沒有可開的窗戶，若關閉陽台門則空氣不流通，而虛掩陽台門又沒有安全感。 5、網站平台公示的訊息與實際不符，如顯示“洗衣服務”（圖九），其實該旅館並無洗衣房提供給住客使用，衹是提供旅館以外的洗衣店地址給住客自己拿着衣服去找洗衣店而已。

This hotel has a great location — super convenient to get around. The room was clean and had a nice view. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The toilet had a persistent unpleasant smell, which made the room uncomfortable. On top of that, we were bitten by fleas during the night, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. This experience ruined what should have been a pleasant visit. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were not met. I cannot recommend this hotel until serious improvements are made.

It has a strategic location. Convenient to access by Tram and buses. I would suggest to have a clear direction guide and certainly will increase the property overall value and image.

衞生條件本來還行，但開窗就會有紅螞蟻進來，還會咬人，類似於圖2這種，當時沒拍，谷歌地圖上搜有照片（圖3）不開窗又很悶有難聞的味道。建議開窗2min以內。沒有客房服務，有可能是我出門晚錯過了，但需要去前台讓他們噴殺蟲劑。基礎設施齊全但沒有空調電扇，下午十分的熱！地理位置很不錯，挨着梵高博物館和國立博物館，也有走路5min內到達的站台，直達中央火車站和的機場。然後價格是永安上很低的，尋求性價比可以考慮。

Great location. The rooms are like cottages made of cardboards (you can hear people walking from theother rooms), no air conditioner (in summer you have to sleep with your windows open), no minibar. The key cards don't work. As much as it’s priced okay but the service is not worth the price.

We stayed at Trianon Hotel for a couple of nights and were generally satisfied, considering its budget price. Pros: The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Amsterdam, directly opposite the Van Gogh Museum, perfect for art lovers and city explorers. The view from the window is stunning, especially from higher floors. Check-in at 2:00 PM was quick and hassle-free, with friendly staff. Cons: There are some drawbacks. The hot water pressure in the shower was weak, which was a bit annoying. The carpet in the room looked somewhat dirty, which affected the overall impression. The coffee machine in the lobby charges even for hot water, and there’s no kettle in the room, which is inconvenient for those who like to make tea or coffee. Overall: Trianon Hotel is a great budget option for those looking to stay affordably in central Amsterdam. For the price, it’s a decent choice for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

For the amount paid, this place is truly a steal! If you are on a budget but want to stay somewhere close to the centre, but also don't want to stay in a hostel, this is the perfect place for you! The hotel staff was very efficient and kind enough to also let us leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could explore the city without lugging around our belongings
