このホテルの良いところは駅から近いことくらいです。建物も客室もかなり古く、ほとんどの部屋にエレベーターがなく、階段は狹くて急なので荷物がなくても危ないと感じました。晝間のフロントの女性スタッフは親切で感じが良かったのですが、夜勤のスタッフは対応が冷たく、あまり責任感を感じませんでした。チェックインの際、本來は30ユーロの宿泊税なのに300ユーロと入力されていて、クレジットカードを切る直前に気づいたので大事には至りませんでしたが、とても不安になりました。

駅から近いこと以外は特にいいことはないです。窓にカーテンが付けられていなかったので、まだ太陽が出ているうちに一眠りしようとしている人にとっては鬼畜です。設備も當然老朽化が進んでいます。

Disappointed as soon as I got in the room, there is this moldy smell as you get in the room which you somewhat get used to as the hours passed. My sheet and pillow case had stains and hair. The nice staff was able to change it for me. Thank you. The room is small but you only get to stay there anyway at night as you are busy exploring the country in the day. All the staff are polite. There is also a smell of wee as you enter the reception from outside. Sorry but I really smelt it that way. I hope that there is also a decaf coffee. The company should rip offthat old dirty carpets everywhere in the hallways. Will not stay there again.

Wonderful service from hotel staff and great location. Just 5-min walk from the train and metro station. However, my room type is a bit weird with a space that connects the window from the room above, It is super disturbing when people turn on the lights which would literally wake me up. There is noise regularly from every 15 mins.

Basic hotel room with basic amenities, not much to say. Location is good though, centrally located and near Amsterdam Centraal station. Lift is working. The hotel also kindly give us vouchers for shops around Amsterdam. Our favourite was the voucher for the Old Amsterdam Cheese store. Low rating for service because the staff at the counter, she isn’t really cheerful and welcoming towards asians somehow…

我住207房，24小時都有機器轟鳴的聲音，實在太吵了。通過永安客服找店家諮詢，説他們每個房間都能聽到這種聲音。店家説會關閉，其實沒有。若睡眠不好的，就得好好考慮了。畢竟魚和熊掌不可兼得。這家的房費確實便宜，地理位置又很好。
