居家度假村阿納海姆/會展中心 (Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center)

The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk from Disney, and there’s a 24‑hour grocery store just around the corner, which is very convenient. However, housekeeping was a major issue. Both the housekeeping and front‑desk services were below standard, and breakfast time can be quite chaotic. Honestly, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again, as there are plenty of better accommodation options available in the same area.

Nice staff and spacious, great room fixtures. Strongly recommend for family! Clean full kitchen is always a highlight.

Close to Disneyland, within walking distance. Area around is full of restaurants and quite safe. Only the parking is expensive, should be free for the hotel users.

We were headed to Disneyland for 3 days. We had a great location. Very nice suite and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Pool and spa were great. Yummy complimentary breakfast. We will definitely will be staying here again

房間狹窄擁擠，廚房臟亂，盤子都要重新洗過才能用，幾個酒店密集坐落一起，到了尖沙咀似的，尤其不可思議的是，給我的房間是拐角房，衹有半片窗戶可以看出去，另半片被牆擋住的。 萬豪系對永安用戶的歧視我已經第二次遇到，以後無論如何不能在永安訂萬豪系的酒店了。

環境優美舒適宜人

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
