Room services pathetic. No one available at the reception in the morning to take care the basic requirement of the guest. No in house tea facility available.

No proper access to hotel. No body aits at reception. Very small rooms. Dirty linen. TV's not working in any room. Workers in shabby clothes and beg for tip every now n then. No restaurant...they just order food from outside as per guest demand. Food served in disposals, with no cutlery even. Worst ever experience.

The hotel room was clean and as expected. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. There is no food on hotel premises but room service was available at reasonable prices.
