Good hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price. Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms. The roof over the pool leaks. The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt. Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants. So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. This is our 2nd time, they’re very accommodating, even gave us welcome back cookies and welcome drinks. They always go above and beyond.

Best for short and business visit. Complete utensils and cook wares if you want to cook your own food. The only challenge is you can hear noises outside your room. Some room don’t have hot water available In the bathroom. But overall we had a great stay.

The room smelled either of cooking (from the restaurant kitchen?) or sewer smell from the drains. When turning on the shower, same sewer smell. Service was good: eager to help and overload of employees. Breakfast was average. Front desk did not provide change, which made it difficult to keep small bills on hand for trikes, which are really needed due to hotel’s location unless one has their own transportation. I will not be staying again. Better hotels around Angeles for similar price.

My friends and I had a great stay with Surestay! The room was spacious and clean and even though we checked in late at around 1am, the reception was still available so no issues with late check in. We had breakfast at the hotel and the Filipino food option was good. Overall I will stay again if I return to Angeles City.

Great service and value for money! It’s a go to place when traveling with kids. We stay here during race day as it’s near Clark speedway and the pool is kid friendly. The best part is the warm and friendly service of the staff. Cheers!

The hotel is cozy and very convenient for family as they have all the things needed if u want to cook and very accessible to public place. Highly recommend this place to stay for short or long stay.

A nice place to stay when in Clsrk, Pampanga. Cons: Helpful staff, especially Darryl. He was accommodating to our request. The size of the room was perfect for a couple Shower pressure was just perfect, and so was the hot and cold temp. Quiet area. With some restos nearby, try the Amore Pizzeria. Their pizza is so worth the extra calorie (about 4min drive from the hotel). Our plated breakfast was filling and delicious. Cant think.of any cons. Definitely a value for money.
