Getting a hotel at this price is, "you get what you pay for". The Pro's: Customer service was great from the start, from the doormen to the front desk receptionist and the bartender/waitress. Hotel lobby, restaurant, and the rooms are clean. The Cons: The problems I had on my first room was that the room a/c was blowing cold air on my 1st day only, and my fridge didn't turn ON when I plug it into the outlet. No microwave. Bad smell was coming from from the drain pipe in the restroom. The 4th day I moved into a different room with GREAT a/c unit. Now that room has no fridge, leaking water fixture below the restroom sink, no microwave, and the room was close to the road so you hear all the loud noises from morning till 9 or 10pm. I hope the management change the windows to soundproof the noise out. It didn't really disturb me since I just put my earphones in and listen to music. Overall, great price and great customer service. Management just need to fix some appliances and plumbing issues.

The bed was comfy, the WiFi was excellent, the staff were cheery and helpful. My only real issue was having to pay cash in the restaurant for any meal less than P3000. The result of this policy is I won't be eating in the hotel restaurant.

I stayed at Rosa Hotel Clark for one night and appreciated its excellent location-just a minute's walk to a 7/11, a massage spa, and a Thai restaurant. It made getting essentials, relaxing, and dining incredibly easy. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and that shows in some of the furnishings and overall ambiance. However, it was clean and quiet, which made for a decent short stay. If you're not looking for luxury but value proximity and practicality, this place does the job. Ideal for solo travelers or quick business 永安s where location matters more than modern amenities.

I like the location and the hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating it was a nice stay.. i will be back and choose the same hotel in my next visit thank you :)

За провод 2 и более фей могут потребовать доп.оплату.Находится чуть подальше от центра.Джипы постоянно ходят, проезд 13 песо.Рядом массажа и 7/11. Нет окна, в итоге иногда открывал дверь, что бы освежить воздух. Зато тихо ни машин, ни петухов не слышно. Персонал доброжелательный

Нормальный отель,тихий. Новая сплит-система. Горячая вода всегда.Тв,холодильник.За провод 2 и более девушек могут попросить экстра чардж. В прайсе так и указано +250песо. Номер небольшой и нет окна.Приоткрывал иногда дверь для проветривания. Персонал доброжелательный,лишних вопросов не задают, отдыхать не мешают. Отель находится чуть вдалеке в сторону френдшипа. Пешком до центра минут 10 или 13песо джип. Жить можно.Был 10 дней

The staff are very courteous but the place has no elevators
