皇后酒店 (Queens Hotel Angeles City)

感覺還不錯 位置很好 出門就是步行街 店員素質很高 喝醉也無需太擔心 且訪客友好 親眼目睹一位12歲的小姑娘扶老爺爺進電梯 非常的尊老愛幼

二個缺點：最大缺點是浴室洗澡只有頂噴固定式花灑、沒有手持蓮蓬頭，另一個是保險箱很難用，需要請員工來教學之後才會使用但還是很難用；其他一切都很好，如果店家可以解決以上二個問題，我將會每次都固定住這，可惜店家應該不會改，所以下次旅遊還得換住其他地方再嘗試看看...😮💨

휴식겸 관광 힐링

Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

住過皇后飯店好幾次了，這次讓我感覺到失望，我從8/15-8/18住在201房，算是皇后飯店最高級的房間了！ 這次的WiFi，非常的糟糕，明明顯示訊號很好，可是卻無法上網，要不然就是延遲卡住…… 希望下次再過去住的時候，可以改善！ 要不然，我以後可能就改住central park tower了……

チェックアウトの時、飲んでもいないミネラルウォーターの蓋が空いていると言われて金を払えだって‼️ 風呂のお湯は出ないで、チェックインの時に部屋を替わってもらったのに、その部屋も次の日出ない。 メンテナンスするのに1時間、5泊の間3回‼️ 晝間、掃除のスタッフは空いてる部屋でエアコン入れてテレビを見ている。ドアを開けっぱなしにして このコメントを経営者が見るのなら、スタッフの教育が悪いか、経営者の知らない所で、悪いスタッフがいます。 男のスタッフと表のガードマンの60〜70歳くらいの人はとても優しく親切でした。

It’s my second time stay in this hotel, staff very friendly and support everything I need , room is clean location is good to SM mall and walking street. But if your room face to street there have a club the bass will bother your sleep

離鬧區近 附近有很多元化的商店選擇 多家外幣兌換店 當地特色餐飲 買水果用餐方便 多國料理口味 眾多歐美遊客 大門斜對面約20米有家韓式餐廳 個人覺得還不錯 酒店的叫車服務到克拉克機場 要600披索 很貴 建議自己叫車 但要注意安全 有免費游泳池 晚上游也不冷 游完報房號給管理員即可 酒店前臺人員蠻親切

The room is clean and well-maintained, but they don’t clean it without my explicit request. Their restaurant offers reasonable prices for breakfast, but the most expensive steak breakfast is disappointing. The steak is thin and hard, despite my request for medium-rare. It was cooked well-done instead. I plan to return in March or around that time.

I really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.  Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.  The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this. For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.
