I stayed just one night and didn't get to experience the amenities. Everything else from the staff to the room was outstanding. I would book this hotel my next visit.

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room and toilet was very very clean. The breakfast was nice and delicious. The front desk people were the best! The nearby bars were loud until midnight.

If you are looking for a place to crash that is near bars and other places to eat this is a good spot however the customer service is terrible also the room is not what you will expect for a $100+ room rate. The restroom has a pungent smell. Also elevator is not working, I booked an executive suite but they put me on the floor where the elevator is not working. Overall, I will NOT recommend this hotel.

I love Azzuro but the only problem is they are under renovation but all in all I’m enjoying my stay there. Looking forward for my next booking for this hotel.
