Very clean and neat room Tho the aircon is a bit noisy Staff and security guard is very polite and very attentive . Operator from the front desk is friendly and the place is very accomodating Thank you will surely book again 👍👍👍👍👍👍👌🫰

First of all, The male employee gave me a different room from the photo I booked. It was the most downgraded room. Cockroaches popped out as soon as I opened the door. Lots of bugs. And, as for the towels, it was same condition as a foot mop.The towel that I received was no longer white but gray, and unfortunately, it smelled like a dirty mop cloth. I didn't use that. No amenitiy provided. No fridge in the room. No bottled water. Bed is insanely hard. Plus, around 5 a.m, the roosters start crowing loudly, and with all the car horns, it gets noisy every time. It's been a terrible hotel, but only the security guard is so kind. Thanks to that, I give you 4 points of service.

Red Planet Clark was a big letdown. This is by far the worst Red Planet we've stayed in. All the Manila branches we've tried were clean and well-maintained, but the Clark location was the complete opposite. The room felt dirty—linens and towels didn’t look or feel clean, and the pillowcases looked cheap and unwashed. Noise was another issue. Despite being on the 4th floor, we could clearly hear cars passing by. Worst of all, they don’t even have proper building parking. The limited parking spaces they offer are not enough for the number of rooms, and the rest are just on the street. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the price. You’re better off trying another hotel—or even a motel with cleaner sheets.

The area was quite close to the night life thus, it was noisy. To add, the aurcon was the traditional box type that it was too noisy and make it very difficult for guests to sleep. Door was too heavy that it causes too much noise when a door was being opened. The rooms were clean and neat and the staff were friendly but it was difficult to sleep.
