We confirmed before we went about our accommodation,when we got the there,the parking was very small and smelled so bad. Then when we got in they said they were no room available. We were transferred to sogo which was their sister company. The place was so in appropriate since we have an 8yr old daughter. The room given was not even equivalent to the amount we paid. We are very disappointed and we want a refund. They shouldn’t have accepted our payment if there was no room available.

I booked two suites, but was only given a standard room for one. After found this, I was offered a room exchange, but the room had numerous malfunctions, including a disconnected telephone, a broken hair dryer, an unsecured tissue box, a broken faucet, a noisy air conditioner, and a leaking water tank. Finally, the staff forget to do housekeeping.

The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. 設施老舊，窗簾橫桿沒有固定，一拉窗簾橫桿掉下來直接砸到頭，空調（風扇）開關按鈕是壞的，沒法調節模式。最可氣的是樓上施工，從早上不到9點就開始 突突突 砸個不停！體驗太差了

EUROテルアンヘレスは、今回で累計8回目位ですが永安で予約したら、部屋をグレードアップして頂き、3泊 しましたが快適でした。 ベッドが2個に部屋は、広々、お湯も問題なしで1萬位は、コ・ス・パ最高です。

Some of the cabjnet are damage already. The bed is fine. They are focus to assist foreigner than local. No details about the breakfast time after i receive the voucher.

部屋が広く清潔でゆったりとできました。また、ホテルで呼んでもらえるマッサージが１時間300pesoと安価な設定で技師の人も手抜きなくしっかりしてもらえました。悽く良い休日になりました。
