Hotel location is very nice and food also was very good. But bathroom / washroom was not in good condition. There's one tap is not working properly we have made complaint about this. They have send the plumber and he checked and he was ready to replace with new tap but he was not came to replace it till the check out.

Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards due to severe hygiene issues: 1. The room was in a deplorable condition, with the bed sheet and mattress emitting a foul odor. 2. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, i would appreciate a refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Rooms were very bad. Not worth the money at all. Bathroom was not clean, no room service, staff do not cooperate.

My stay at ginger tree resort was one of the best stays i have ever had in goa so if you are planning for goa then plan it in ginger tree

I had an amazing experience staying at ginger tree boutique resort with superb food in affordable price i would suggest you to have food in the hotel as the taste and rates are very good

It's an old property needs maintenance & renovation urgently. If would have seen the property prior to booking certainly wouldn't have stayed at the property. Not at all worth the money.

Location is far. Food is just average. Services are slow. Property is congested. Getting a vehicle is difficult becoz of monopoly of a small company. Charges are high of hiring vehicles

The property is best for business travels, as i got cooperation in terms of internet, security and searvice. The overall staff behavior was also very good specially the owner mr nishant sir was very diligent towards his work.

We booked for delux room with sit out are/balcony, but hotel people showed us first floor having no balcoy and troublesome smell. So we had to upgrade it to 2 bhk villa, which was a nice one. Book only pool facing delux room at ground floor or villa, nothing else. Breakfast was okay type, food was good. Great location. Overall -1 star for room 4 star for villa.

Dirty bedsheet …no slippers even on charge basis in delectable room gives only 2 dental kit in 永安le occupancy .quality of real fast is poor with no puri or Paratha bath kit is insufficient for 永安le occupancy
