The Room Which I got has a terrible Bathroom With lot of inscets , Which the Hotel Service People Didn't Clean, Later with discussion with Manager of Hotel , they provided another room in which TV was there but it was not working with the setup box provided. Otherwise it's quite a good Stay. B'fast provided was normal .Overall I ll rate as 5/10

Room was not ready even we reached at 5 PM. We have ordered food and they bring bill ***** with food even we have not started our food and closed the kitchen too early.

This was the second time we stayed at Lagunga but this time our experience was very terrible. The room had a very peculiar smell. The food that we ordered from the in house dining was brought open from the ground floor to the first floor. Upon asking the room service staff who brought us our food said that is how it's served here. which was very disappointing. The hotel staff was very rude. he did not even bother to take the feedback. The payment for in room dining was to be made immediately which was okay but the way they asked for the payment was not very customer friendly. Even when we were around the hotel or in the lobby the staff had no smile or even greet us. The stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. We had selected this hotel based on our stay in 2023 which was very pleasant and comfortable but there was a 360 degree change in everything this time. I am not going to this place again.

The property is not maintained amd staff is very rude , with that i have another bad experience as i reached few hours before my check in time usually hotels allow guests to take the rooms in case of availability but they asked for extra early check in charges which was not a good gesture , and i was having my dinner and i ordered few more roti and they asked me to pay while i was having my meal , thankfully i booked the hotel for 1 day so i was free to leave next day from that property

Hotel was good in condition. Cleanliness was also good. But they have charged me for queen size bed and provided 2 single beds.

Rooms are not that clean as shown in the image and No exhaust in the Toilet. Even though that exhaust hole was closed it was open. Breakfast quality was not good. The water bottle they are charging at 47 rupees generally costs you 20 rupees.
