我必須給這次糟糕的入住經歷寫個評價。首先，酒店的整體設施非常老舊，與宣傳圖片嚴重不符。周邊也非常吵，根本睡不好覺。 但以上這些，都比不上電梯壞掉帶來的絕望。我們辦理入住時被告知唯一的電梯故障，需要維修。這意味着我們要扛着所有行李爬樓梯！酒店沒有任何補償措施，甚至連句真誠的道歉都沒有。對於一家自稱4鑽級的酒店來説，這種基礎設施的癱瘓和應急處理的缺失是完全不可原諒的。這次經歷毀了整個旅程的心情。

Centrally located, clean hotel. Reaching here can be a challenge as it is in a small alley. Basic room doesnt have much ameneties not even kettle but upon requesting i was given one. Room service do not refill water but can be given after asking for us. Breakfast is minimal and most of the days isnt a buffet but a set plate containing cheese, chicken slices, eggs etc. I would recommend the hitel for its location and cleanliness.

Hotel was at prime location easy for every thing hotel, restaurant, taxi etc etc. Management was gud. They have all activities availabe at their hotel only.

Super Lage, Sauberes und bequemes Hotel. Mitarbeiter sind alle respektvoll und höflich, haben sich sehr um ihre Gäste gekümmert und gaben sich wirklich mühe. Hatte sogar sonderwünsche die sie mir erfüllt haben. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Genug auswahl und frisch. Kurz gesagt. Solange die preise stimmen immerwieder gerne.

Aspen hotel is very clean and comfortable. I love it for many reasons like the gardens, the pool and above all people (Deniz, Yilmaz, Effee, Mehmet, Uzkan, Safia and other whom I didn’t manage to know their names) this was my second stay and I’d love to come more and more..

The hotel was located 12min from the Tram Stop. It's check in was pretty smooth. The receptionist was very polite. 2 bottles of water was provided complimentary in the room. It was very clean and nice. One of the Antalya museum is right beside it. The area is quite happening. It's absolutely safe for walk out at late night. Ample no. of restaurants and bars were around. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I made an error when booking and had to book one more night in addition to the original booking to make up for it. The receptionist helped to make sure that we could continue staying in the same room for the additional night. The room is rather small and crammed, the shower stall is miniscule. And there was hair on the pillowcases when we checked in. But the location is great, pretty much all the attractions in the old town Kaleici are within walking distance.

My stay at the Aspen Hotel in Antalya was a blend of historic charm and convenience. Nestled in a beautifully preserved old building, the hotel's location couldn't be better. The staff was incredibly helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. However, I did notice that the bathrooms could use some improvements. Nevertheless, the overall allure of this historic gem and its central location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a taste of Antalya's history.
