Initially i was confused by reading other reviews but its completely surprised me. The hotel is clean, labby is great specious, rooms are clean, daily house keeping, good breakfast with cereals, juices, coffee, eggs, chips, bread, jam, cheese etc, A/C is great, multiple lifts, free water bottles, free chay in lobby, parking space, walking to old town, 1 min away from tram station, variety of food just step away and mark antalya shopping, great transportation. In short the hotel is great, staff is great, no hassel, great location, comfy bed. Book it with peace of mind Thanks Harun

Receptionist met me with accusations of no payment, which had been not true, because i presented her a valid voucher. She was behaving very abusive and embarrassed me. Next day the price on this hotel 永安 rised twice, and the day after became 100 liras even more. I don't think the receptionist is in a control of price, but this one is really an international sabotage inciter. Wouldn't ever to recommend this hotel. The food is just a cheese, greens and olives. Really nothing to be worried about. I'm sorry to entry the door of this hornets nest.

I just needed a nice downtown hotel for a 2-day layover - and as such Bilgehan did great. Less than 30 minutes from the airport (the tram stop is just in front of the hotel), meters away from shopping streets and one of the most popular shopping malls, the location of this hotel is a dream come true. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, there are small details that I would be taking greater care of if this was my hotel, but they were not a problem as for the quality of my stay. Now, don't expect some luxury or sea resort functionality, this feels more like a business hotel and is an ideal downtown hotel in terms of location, room size and transport connections.
