The hotel is located right in the city center, so it’s easy to go everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes near the hotel and there are even street food downstairs. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Wifi is quite strong and fast anywhere in the hotel. I think the wifi in the hotel works even better than many of the hotels in the developed countries. Warm water works well.

Me encantó! El personal súper amable desde la recepción hasta la señora Martha de la lavandería. El dormitorio limpio, amplio y con cómodas camas y las duchas con abundante agua caliente. Súper recomendado!

The location is fantastic and easy to locate. It is a simple and charming building more for functionality than luxury. The walls are thin and water pressure could use some attention but for two nights, it was more than ok. Be very careful on the tule bathroom floor as it gets slippery!! The staff is bilingual and very helpful. Wi-Fi was strong and continuous even on the roof which is a hidden gem(!)with views of the central square, many ruins, and clear view of mountains and the volcano. Would recommend!
