安特衞普尊貴套房酒店 (Premier Suites Antwerp)

Overall, it was very good, but the toilet bowls in the apartment we stayed in were an eyesaw and needed changing. So, I'm not sure how the cleaning is done for the bowls to be in that state. Gluten-free is not understood. My wife was given gluten-free bread the first day, she asked the following day, and she was told it was on the same tray with the gluten bread. This shouldn't be the case as this is a clear cross contamination in which any presence of gluten is harmful to her. This was poor costumer care.

Staat inchecken om 15 uur bij de website..het was een Drama op die dag :( een receptioniste (Dina of Donia ) die was erg onvriendelijk en respectloos tegen mensen die moeten inchecken ..ze vraagt ons om na 16 uur terug komen omdat de kamer die waren niet klaar vanwege schoonmaken (dit is zeker niet mijn probleem) ze biedt geen excuus dat kamer niet klaar waren ..ze is de heele tijd aanhet kletsen met mensen die in de restaurant werken en stopt eten in haar mond ..ze doet gewoon niks alleen eten en cliënten wegjagen van we hebben geen klaar kamers om jullie te laten inchecken wil jullie allemaal wachten tot na 16 uur :( ik mog eindelijk na 16:15 inchecken andere Aziatische receptie medewerker was wel beleefd en nog andere meisjes (Surinaams) die was ook vriendelijk en die hebben excuus aangeboden aan ons ..als ik denk aan die Donya of Dina wil ik lever bij ander hotel gaan..ze is helemaal niet geschikt om achter receptie te werken..ze eet trouwens en praat met cliënten met volle mond erg verschikkelijk.. De kast in de kamer erg stoffig en gordijnen ook..dus niet echt schoon..

急遽の予約てしたが素晴らしい滯在となりました。 アントワープ駅から近く大変利便性が高いです。 お部屋の使い勝手も最高で必ずリピートしたいです。

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in zentraler Lage durchaus in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem sind die Räume recht groß. Das Frühstück ist aber durchschnittlich für den Preis. Es gibt wenig Auswahl beim Gemüse und beim Aufschnitt. Wirklich problematisch ist, dass es überall im Haus, außer in der 7. Etage, sehr muffig bzw. teilweise schimmelig riecht. Das liegt in den unteren Etagen (wahrscheinlich) am Alter der sanitären Einrichtungen/Badezimmer. Wir erhielten nach der ersten Nacht in einem sehr schlecht riechenden Zimmer mit undichter Badewannenabdichtung zwar anstandslos ein Ersatzzimmer, das dann aber im Bad ebenfalls müffelte. Die Sauberkeit war in beiden Zimmern durchschnittlich (Staub und alte Socke unter den Möbeln). Die Balkone nach vorne leiden je nach Lage unter der erbärmlich stinkenden, benachbarten Tiefgarage. Lüften ist dadurch ggf. nicht zu empfehlen. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel wählen, auch wenn die Leute im Hotel wirklich sehr nett und bemüht waren.

Location is good and spacious suite, not provide hair shampoo. But, Got free self laundry… Excellent ! Free luggage storage too.

酒店地理位置很好，走到中心區10分鐘，離安特衞普中央火車站非常近，中央火車站是個很美的建築，值得一看。房間很大，有露台，雖然沒有訂早餐，但是自己買些食品在露台吃還是非常舒服的。

衞生方面很難拼，第一個給我們的房間一進去馬桶沒沖/床上有臟毛巾/桌子上有喝完的香檳，給人感覺打掃完了但是被人偷偷進去住了一樣。不過前台給換了房間，後面的房間還是比較滿意的。但是備用被子也沒有…也不知道到底對不對得起價格

The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.  However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.  And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.  We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.  The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.  It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.  The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.  Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later. The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.  I was not happy with my stay.

房間很大，帶有廚房，餐具，鍋具等，洗碗的洗潔精和抹布一應俱全。而且有燒水壺。非常方便。酒店位置也很好，到安特衞普中央火車站走路五分鐘左右。 酒店底層的自動門到晚上會自動上鎖，之後需要刷卡進門。安全相對不錯。

原本沒有預計要再回到安特衞普。但已愛上這個安靜的小城市，又再回來住一次。 地點非常方便，離火車站近、超市也近，購物都非常方便，離老城區也不遠。 飯店設施很齊全，下次回來還會繼續再住這裡。
