The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful

It was so overrated, we came here for the good repetition but we were sudden by many unpleasant things like service was so bad when we ask for anything we have to wait 30min to one hour and sometimes they forget about us,the cleanliness is sooo bad like spot and stain everywhere we even saw blood on the bed , dusty curtains,black dirty carpet etc, reception employee was so rude and impolite ,he was so hard to talk to upset face, our check in took ages ,facilities were typical not so fancy as we thought, faaaaake beach , please be informed there is only one beach which is B12 in Ayla , to be honest the only good thing was the buffet has a lot of delicious food varieties and fresh juices
