The room is ok but the tv is old the aerial falls out of the wall the king bed is just two beds pushed together room service was supposed to come at 10.30 to do my room so I left for a couple of hours so I wouldn’t be in the way and then I got back and they hadn’t been. There is meant to be wi fi but there isn’t. The pool is out of service and it’s hot as hell out side and the pool looks fine I just don’t think they want to look after it. If I wasn’t so buggered from just getting back from holidays I would have booked somewhere else but I need to go to the airport tomorrow and this place is really close so that’s a positive. Also the lady at reception is very underwhelming and everything seems like to much effort for her. She comes off a bit rude and I believe she is here because she feels she has to be not because she wants to. I assume she is the owner but has lost love for the place. However the staff in the restaurant where I had breakfast were lovely and the service in there was really good and the food was nice.

Arrived from overseas on Friday 25th April, and had booked this hotel a week before. It wasn't until I arrived that was told restaurant and bar was closed for the night!!! A coutesy email advising would be the go so can book elsewhere. Very poor

Very close to the airport. Though there are not many cafes and restaurants around the area, in house dining provides plenty of options to choose from. There are nice walking tracks along the Swan river. Please is kept very tidy and clean

第二次入住這家酒店，房間很大，床也還是挺舒服的，但是唯一美中不足就是，我住的的房間在2樓，但是電梯壞了，衹能走樓梯，提着行李不是很方便。
